1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Terminal Blank's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Terminal Blank provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. Services are provided on a project basis and are subject to mutual agreement between Terminal Blank and the client.
3. Project Agreements
All projects require a signed agreement outlining:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Intellectual property rights
- Confidentiality obligations
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Minimum project budget: $5,000
- Payment schedules are determined per project
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Refund policies are project-specific
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to custom work created specifically for their project
- Terminal Blank retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials
- Open source contributions remain under their respective licenses
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation continues after project completion unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Terminal Blank provides services "as is" and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Terminal Blank's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms
Terminal Blank reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
